With the weather turning chilly, we have been keeping this fire going a lot lately. There is something oh so very comforting about a warm fire. Often, Jay can be found playing cars or looking over books here on the mantle.
I have two weeks to finish this quilt. Fingers crossed!
I feel like I have dipped a million of these. The kiddos all requested treats to share, so we landed on chocolate cover pretzels and this Chex mix. So yummy!
Once the chocolate was dried, all the pretzels got packaged in these treat bags I purchased last year on sale.
I made a Christmas coverlet this year using odds and ends from my fabric stash. I am really pleased with how well it turned out. It looks beautiful on my bed. I just need to top stitch around the edges. Then I am all done! I love the idea of a coverlet because it adds style to my bed but not weight. There is no batting so it light and lovely.
Expanding our Christmas music selection. I can only say good things about Barbara and Renee. Beautiful. The Beach Boy album is fun and whimsical. Though after a couple of songs, I have to move on. Good to have on hand, but not for a regular listen.
