One of my goals this fall is to make every dinner, every day. With the move, the chaos, the driving all over, I haven't been cooking much. And it shows in our budget. Blah. So I decided that once we settled a bit, I would suck it up and get back to making dinner. It's harder than it sounds. Getting motivated to cook has been worse then working up the desire to run. So to keep myself on task, I am going to share what I have planned, here on this little family blog. That way I have it written down and all that jazz.
So here's this week:
Monday: Open tuna fish sandwiches on homemade bread. Also making some banana muffins.
Tuesday: Leftovers. (Dustin's pan fried pork chops/polenta, Grandpa G's soup and chicken chili from last week)
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza, use dough made two weeks ago, in freezer. Pizza Dough Recipe.
Thursday: Chicken and Spinach Casserole. Spinach is on sale at our Kroger.
Friday: French Onion Soup. Joan R. recipe from cooking club. Asiago or Provolone? Do you have favorite cheese for this?
Saturday: Cold Cut Sandwiches and Asparagus/Potato Soup.
Sunday: Dustin Cooks. Not my problem!
