But first, let's talk about what we ate last week for dinner!
Monday: Yes, we actually ate apple slices and popcorn. Don't judge, try it. It's pretty good. Add a little peanut butter or whatever to the apples and it becomes great. Also, the kids love it.
Tuesday: I made taco soup, mostly because it's easy and I always have all the ingredients on hand. Plus I had some tortillas I needed to use.
Wednesday: Hummus plate with chopped vegetables and some cubed cheese. It's a great way to get rid of all the "rest" of stuff.
Thursday: Sandwiches. All kinds.
Friday: I bought a fried chicken and non-homemade coleslaw. Still embarrassed by this choice. Not the fried chicken part, but the cole slaw. No matter how many times I give it a try, it's still really gross.
Saturday: What did we eat? I can't even remember, it was just so memorable.
Sunday: Wontons. Just Wontons. And some guacamole and chips. This is why I need help here. Who pairs those two together? ME. I do. Yesterday.
Monday: Egg Bake with stuff. Our chickens won't stop making eggs.
Tuesday: Potato and Leek Soup
Wednesday: Baked Chicken: We were suppose to have this on Sunday, but it hadn't thawed in time. Dinner fail. But hey, we ate wontons instead, so Win!
Thursday: Rice Bowls
Friday: Date Night: Kids get Pizza
Saturday: Another Date Night: Kids get Chicken Nuggets
Sunday: Maybe out of town, so eating at Sister's house!
What are you eating this week? Cause, seriously, I need the suggestions! Do it.
