So clearly I have to rice bowls for this week, one of my dinner's didn't work out last week so I ended up throwing a bunch of stuff together and unintentionally made a rice bowl with lentils, avocado, corn and black beans. It was AMAZING. Seriously good eats. ( This recipe looked as equally good, so maybe next week!) What do you make when your dinner plans do work out? Don't be shy, most of the time I just pop popcorn and call it dinner, so we have pretty low standards here!
